Allen & Major Associates, Inc. Opens Branch Office in Manchester, NH Allen & Major Associates, Inc. celebrates 35 years of service to the businesses and communities of New England with headquarters in Woburn, MA, a second office in Middleboro, MA and now a new office in Manchester NH at 250 Commercial Street in the historic Waumbec Mill. The new office is under the direction of Robert Clarke, a licensed landscape achitect with an extensive background in site design and permitting. Also joining the A&M Manchester team are Matt Routhier, Project Landscape Architect, Carlton Quinn, Project Engineer, and Anne Crooker, Administrative Assistant. A&M provides civil and structural engineering, land surveying, environmental consulting and landscape architectural services. Some of the NH projects that are in the process of being permitted and completed are the Green Meadow golf course development in Hudsdon, the Hooksett Walgrreens which has recently been completed and opened for business in January 2007 as well as Old Navy in Nashua. "The Hudson project is going to be an interesting undertaking since it is one of the largest mixed use developments in the Northeast," said A&M branch manager Bob Clarke.
