Indian Ridge Country Club - Andover, MA

Allen & Major Associates, Inc. provided land survey, civil engineering, and environmental consulting for the redesign of holes and greens 1-9 at Indian Ridge Country Club. Permitting included a Notice of Intent with the Town of Andover, and Conservation Commission for work within the 100’ buffer zone.  Design considerations included preparing maintenance and repair plans for two existing culverts and improvements to the irrigation system including replacing the pump house and irrigation supply lines.
