Wellesley Country Club Racket Center - Wellesley, MA

Allen & Major Associates, Inc., provided land surveying, civil and environmental permitting, landscape architecture, and construction services for a new indoor tennis facility.  Civil engineering design and permitting for a new 37,000 SF building that houses four regulation courts, two locker rooms, utility, mechanical, and storage.  Land survey services including existing conditions and As-Built plans.
Landscape architectural services for this project included landscaping around the new building to incorporate it into the existing aesthetic.  Additional perennial grasses, shrubs, and trees were added while mature specimens were protected or transplanted when appropriate.  A&M has been working with the management of the Club on various projects since 2015.
