PROMOTIONS
Michael Malynowski, PE -Branch Manager & Senior Project Manager
With 27 years of civil engineering experience and a decade at A&M, Mike takes on oversight of our Manchester, NH, branch office while continuing to lead projects as a senior engineer. He has been an integral part of our leadership team since 2014, and this promotion reflects the trust the whole firm places in him.
Jared Grondin -Project Manager
Jared joined A&M in 2021 after earning his BS in Civil Engineering from UNH and has hit the ground running ever since. In his new role, he takes full ownership of civil site design, permitting, construction services, and client relationships across a growing portfolio of land development projects.

James Pavlik, PE - Senior Project Manager
Jim brings more than 30 years of land development expertise in design, permitting, and construction throughout Massachusetts. Before joining A&M, he concluded a remarkable 27-year run at Outback Engineering, where he helped launch and lead the firm's engineering operations. A dedicated mentor throughout his career, Jim is as invested in the next generation of engineers as he is in delivering great projects.
Christopher Broyles, PE - Senior Project Manager
Chris has built his career on technical precision, clear communication, and proactive leadership, a combination that maps directly onto A&M's reputation for responsive, relationship-driven service. He joins to support our expanding land development portfolio, strengthening our ability to take projects from first concept through to completion.

Kevin Capaldo, LSIT - Senior Survey Project Manager
We're thrilled to welcome Kevin back. With 20 years of survey experience, Kevin works alongside our Director of Land Survey on in-house processing and plays a central role in training and developing our survey staff. His return is a genuine asset to the division.
