8 Presidential Way - Woburn, MA

The A 270 space parking expansion required due to a change in use of the 104,160 square foot building from office/warehouse to all office space.  Permitting challenges to the site redevelopment included a Special Permit from the City Council and a wetlands permit from the Conservation Commission.  Site design challenges included shallow water table and shallow to bedrock.  Using our integrated design team approach, A&M provided a design that met the regulatory requirements and the condensed timetable of the project.  In less than 12 months, the project was designed, permitted and constructed.
