A&M provided Land Surveying and Civil Engineering Services for the design of this traditional New England Style multi-family development situated on 8.25 Acres of Boston Post Road in Wayland, Massachusetts. The Project features 218 Units; including 64 age-restricted units and 55 low-income/affordable units.
• The design provides 348 parking spaces which are split between surface parking and garage parking (subsurface). Parking includes electric vehicle charging stalls as well.
• Site amenities for the development include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resident lounge, a business center, and 2 interior courtyards featuring a pool, outdoor fireplace, dining areas, and grills.
• The site abuts vegetated wetlands, FEMA flood plain, a protected habitat, and a riverfront area, which remained undisturbed during development.
• Permitting included Planning Board, ZBA, Design Review Board, and the Conservation
Commission of Wayland.
