A&M provided civil engineering services including site design, evaluation and permitting for this two and half story, 88-unit rental assisted living project. The first floor has Assisted Living Units, Alzheimer and Memory Care units while the second floor is dedicated to assisted living. Site design considerations included parking lot configuration, site access, drainage improvements, utility coordination, and site amenities including an activity rooms, beauty salon and barber shop, physical therapy room and an on-site doctor's office.
Land surveying services included preparing an existing conditions/boundary survey for the approximately 8 acre site. Landscape architecture services included the design of site plantings and an 8,000 SF Alzheimer’s Garden which includes a walking loop for exercise, areas for reflection and plant materials that stimulate the senses including sight, smell, touch and sound.
