Freudenberg-NOK GP - Londonderry, NH

A&M provided land surveying, civil engineering, environmental permitting landscape architecture, and
construction support services for this 64,100 SF commercial warehouse addition.  The project included 12 truck dock positions, relocation of exterior storage for an additional 20 trailers, and improved vehicular circulation.  Permitting included Site Plan with the Town of Londonderry, Alteration of Terrain with NHDES, and FAA permits for building construction and height due to its proximity to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport runway.  Site survey included partial existing conditions, construction layout ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, and an As-Built.
