A&M provided civil engineering design and permitting services for the upgrades and renovations of the apartment complex located at #11 and #12 Sever Street, Worcester, MA. Overall site improvements included improved parking, landscaping, walkways, fencing, lighting, drainage, community garden areas and courtyard gathering areas. A&M effectively permitted the project by gaining approvals through the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and the Conservation Commission.
This space was transformed from a dark, vacant space of half grass – half pavement with no lighting and or ADA accessibility to any of the living units to a welcoming landscaped open space and gathering areas that allow for ADA access to all buildings of the complex.
