Giorgio's™ Ristorante & Bar - Manchester, NH

Giorgio's is a 5,000 SF restaurant with associated on-site and off-site parking located at the corner of Granite and Second Streets.  The project is located on a previously vacant and derelict lot that abuts the I-293 on-ramp.  Landscape features include Mediterranean inspired planting to provide screening along Granite Street, street trees, and a circular island to provide seating and interest in the drop-off isle.

A roadway survey, including 500 LF of I-293 and 300 LF of Granite Street, was provided, as well as a Property Line and Existing Conditions Survey, Foundation Certification, and Construction Layout. Upon completion a final As-Built Survey was performed in order for the restaurant to receive it’s Certificate of Occupancy.

Extensive permitting includes variances for Front Yard Setback, Street Yard Setback, Lot Coverage, Loading, Number of Spaces, Parking, Landscaping, Parking Setbacks and Signage.  Additional permitting included Site Plan and Conditional Use permits.  A&M worked with NH DOT to acquire an encroachment permit for landscape work on the LAROW.
