NH Liquor & Wine Outlet Store - Tilton, NH

The newest NH Liquor & Wine Outlet store is located on an out parcel adjacent to Market Basket just off of Rte 3 in Tilton, NH.  Part of an 18-acre site, the building is 12,000 SF with associated utilities and parking.  The project included the design of a 700 GPD Advanced Enviro-Septic System and extensive landscape with native and low maintenance plantings.  The project received 60-day approvals including Northfield-Tilton Water District, Planning Board Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Approvals, NHDES Subsurface, and NHDOT Driveway.
