Southcoast Marketplace – Fall River, MA

The redevelopment of the old New Harbor Mall includes tenant improvements to the existing building including razing the portions of the site for construction of a new 85,000 s/f Market Basket and other retail outparcels. The newly redesigned marketplace features an attractive central plaza surrounded by dining and entertainment venues such as Picture Show, a state-of-the-art 11-screen movie theater. Other new tenants include PetSmart, ULTA, One Dollar Zone, 110 Grill and Qdoba, Starbucks, T.J.Maxx, Staples and Santander Bank.

The site access driveways and parking areas were modified to compliment the tenant improvements resulting in an increased parking capacity of approximately 1,600 spaces. Most notably, sidewalk improvements and landscape islands were constructed throughout the property.
