Southern NH Medical – Pelham NH

A&M in partnership with Southern NH Medical/Foundation Medical Partners provided land survey and civil engineering for a 10,000 square foot single story building with associated parking, access drives and site improvements on a 2± acre parcel. Civil engineering design included an Individual Subsurface Sewerage Disposal System including deep hole test pits and percolation tests. Permitting included site plan, NH Subsurface and NH DOT driveway/curb cut permits.  A&M coordinated sub consultants including Environmental Consultants, Traffic and Site Lighting specialist.  A&M's land surveying services included Property Line/Existing Conditions and Construction Layout.
