Storage Barn - Hillsborough, NH

The facility features six cold-storage buildings including 25,000 SF of existing and two new structures totaling 6,000 SF. The total parcel is 2.74 acres. Site challenges included the need to capture, infiltrate and re-direct all stormwater onsite.  Improvements were designed to mitigate runoff flowing to abutting properties.  Landscape elements were provided to improve screening for neighbors.  Permitting included Site Plan Approval.
