Wellesley Country Club – Wellesley, MA

A&M provided land survey, civil engineering, environmental permitting, landscape architecture, and construction services as part of a multi-area improvement project at the Wellesley Country Club.  

Base information was provided by land survey and included a partial property plan and field staking of multiple building locations associated with the overall project.   Civil engineering design included a turf maintenance facility, environmental management building, additional parking, a six-hole executive short course, stormwater improvements to the 8th and 9th fairways, and an indoor tennis court.  

Landscape architectural services added the final polish to the upgrades and included lush landscaping around the new clubhouse and pool. Additionally, plantings were designed to screen and enhance the new maintenance facilities, and tennis courts, and buffer these areas from the adjacent fairways.
