Wellesley Toyota - Wellesley, MA

A&M provided civil design, permitting, landscape architecture and environmental consulting services for the renovation of the existing facility and a 10,000 square foot building addition located in the aquifer protection overlay district of the Town of Wellesley. Site design services included new stormwater management systems and sanitary service connections. The existing parking surface was re-graded and resurfaced to bring the facility into the current standards of the Toyota Corporation and the high customer service based standards of the Ko Automotive Group.  The current parking was determined insufficient to meet the needs of the sales department and service departments of the center.  An innovative solution was to incorporate a multi-level parking structure for sales and customer parking. The structure also serves as overflow parking for an adjacent health care business that was woefully under parked.

The project has achieved LEED Silver Certification for achievements in sustainable design and energy efficient including LED light fixtures throughout the site.   It is the first automobile dealership in the state to achieve LEED status.
