Atwood - Saugus, MA

Allen & Major provided civil engineering, environmental consulting, and land survey for a 300-unit 40B multi-family development located on a 28+ acre parcel between Broadway (Route 1) and Cliff Road. The site gains access to Broadway via an access easement through 720 Broadway.  The proposed site improvements include on-site surface and covered parking, and associated site work and utilities. Approximately 480 parking spaces are provided throughout the site for residents and visitors, including approximately 25 garage spaces.  Extensive permitting included a Notice of Intent,  Comprehensive Permit 40B, MA Historical, MEPA Notice of Project Change, Natural Heritage, ANR, ANRAD, and MassDOT Access Permit support.  Unique features of the project include the preservation of habitat by retaining large portions of the ridge and incorporating it into the site design.  A&M was proud to be part of a top-notch development team.
