Lahey Hospital Helideck - Burlington, MA

Working with the project construction manager, Bond Brothers, Inc., A&M provided survey, civil site design, and permitting assistance to facilitate the construction of an elevated helipad located adjacent to the second-floor emergency room at the Lahey Hospital in Burlington, MA. Project challenges included installing poured concrete grade beams supported by driven piles strategically placed around existing below-grade site utilities. Permitting efforts included approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
