ALTA Union House - Framingham, MA

The project merged several parcels into one and will feature some retail space on the ground level. With its pedestrian-friendly location and its host of upscale on-site amenities, the project saw a pre-leasing frenzy. Twenty apartments in the building will be reserved as affordable housing.
