Oriole Landing - Lincoln, MA
Multi-family Residential
Construction has been completed at Oriole Landing, a unique new community in Lincoln, MA. Developed by Civico Development and designed by Olinger Architects, this 60-unit mixed-income development features New England charm with modern comforts and a touch of lux. A&M provided site engineering and land survey services for this project.
Located on almost 6 acres of land at the intersection of Route 2 and 2A, Oriole Landing has functional spaces including a community building, community gardens, and a landscaped courtyard. A portion of the project included the relocation of a historical structure that was re-purposed as an outbuilding for a community garden. Civico Development dedicated the structure in memory of the former Chairwoman at the Lincoln Historical Society.
The site improvements include two buildings consisting of 30± dwelling units each with associated covered and surface area parking. The survey included Existing Conditions. Environmental permitting included Site Plan, Special Permit under the NL-North Lincoln Overlay District, and Title 5.
Additional members of the development team include Bald Hill Builders, Brown & Brown, Verdant Landscape Architecture, and Ron Müeller & Associates.
