Residence Inn – Chelsea, MA

Residence Inn by Marriot is a 128-key, 98,500-sf hotel located at the corner of Beech and Maple Streets. This project was awarded the City of Chelsea’s Project of the Year award in 2012 and The Chelsea Residence Inn by Marriott was recognized with a Design Build Excellence Award and a Sustainable Building Award in 2013 by The Associated Builders and Contractors of New Hampshire and Vermont (ABC NH/VT). The 5-story hotel achieved LEED Gold Certification.
