Rose Hill Manor - Billerica, MA

A&M provided civil engineering, land surveying, wetland delineation, and construction documents for this 41-unit elderly housing complex built behind St. Theresa of Lisieux Parish in Billerica, MA. The project consists of a 3-story 11,200 square foot ± building, a 42 space parking field, a 390 ± linear foot access driveway, and underground utilities including a closed drainage system, sediment forebay and an infiltration basin.

A&M flagged the wetlands, designed the required detention ponds and prepared an ANR plan showing the property divided into two lots.  An ALTA/ ACSM Land Title Survey was also prepared. Since the project abuts Route 3A, a state highway, an access permit was required from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT).
