Team Nissan Off Lease Auto Mall - Manchester, NH

Allen & Major Associates, Inc. provided land survey, civil engineering, and landscape architectural services for the renovation of the former Babies R Us box store on Keller Street in Manchester, NH.
We were successfully awarded a Conditional Use and Site Plan approval to renovate the existing building into an automotive sales facility with 317 onsite parking spaces, 60 of which are devoted to customers and employees.  Improvements to the stormwater collection system rectified ponding issues at the building’s main entrance and deficiencies in the existing piping network.  Improvements to meet the City’s requirements for landscaping included a tree inventory and facilitating a meeting with NHDOT to coordinate on selective clearing of overgrown scrub that had overtaken the fencing along the Right-of-Way as well as compromised trees that were hindering visibility from I-293.
